• Learning about the Hearts and Minds tools and their dierent applications based on particular

situations and needs

• Carrying out own culture survey in the workshops and beyond

• Looking at the results and designing game plans

• Developing realskills in people in order for them to understand where their culture is and how they

can improve it

Session Three

Improving Supervision

• Understanding the seven pillars of Trust, Motivation, Team Leader-ship, Team Building, Day-to-day

Planing, Situational Planning Review

• Giving people the tools to achieve the organization’s goals

• Recognizing people’s level of competence and motivation (CohesivenessandProfessionalism)

Day2

Friday 10th July 2015

Session One

Managing Rule Breaking

• Understanding why some people break rules while others follow them (Wolf and Sheep)

• Getting tools needed tomanage violations in the work place

Session Two

Working Safely

• Getting tools needed to plan and work safely in hazardous situations

• Learning how to internally motivate people to exhibit safe behavior

Session Three

Making Change Last

• Knowing the next step safter the learning tools as participants

• Understanding the process needed to sustain a change program in the long-term

Achieving Situation Awareness

• Assessing dangerous situations without disrupting regular processesusing The
