In UK more than 3,500 delegates from across the health and safety, occupational health, HR, employment law, occupational psychology and other like-minded sectors are expected to attend this year’s Health and Wellbeing at Work conference that was held on 5 – 6 March at NEC Birmingham.

IOSH delivered delivering two sessions during the conference, shedding light on some of the big challenges organisations face when implementing management systems for health, safety and wellbeing and measuring the effectiveness of related programs and initiatives.

Among the speakers were Duncan Spencer Head of Advice and Practice, Ivan Williams OSH Research Advisor, Dr Melanie Narayanasamy Research Fellow at the University of Nottingham,um for improving the health, wellbeing  of workers’ and working environments.
